Poster Registration can take time upto 4-6 weeks We acknowledge the following terms and conditions: (a) The Posters will be registered by the Poster Registration Committee (TRC) of Film Makers Combine, authorized by IMPPA and Western India Film Producers Association (WIFPA). (b) We have thoroughly read and understood the rules and regulations of the Poster Registration Committee and pledge to adhere to the Memorandum and Articles of Film Makers Combine. (c) Acceptance of this application and fees does not guarantee Poster allotment; final clearance is subject to the Poster Registration Committee's approval. (d) No announcement, publication, or exploitation of the Posters will occur until written confirmation of Poster grant is received. (e) The allotted Posters will be valid for one year from the date of registration. (f) Uniform lettering must be used for the Posters, with equal-sized letters in all words. (g) Exclusive use of the Posters is granted; no transfer or use by others is allowed. (h) Assurance is given to follow guidelines in interviews, promotions, publicity, and promos. (i) Failure to renew Posters before expiry or communicate renewal indicates disinterest, allowing for re-allotment. (j) Indemnification of Film Makers Combine for any legal consequences related to Poster registration. (k) Commitment to refrain from trading Posters for monetary gain, readiness for disciplinary action if proven otherwise. (l) Procedures for non-free Posters, adjustment, waiting list, or refund are understood. (m) Indemnification of Film Makers Combine from disputes arising due to Poster allotment. (n) Acknowledgment and acceptance of all clauses and commitment to abide by CFA rules. (o) Acceptance of responsibility and indemnification in the event of Poster cancellation or actions by CFA. (p) Acknowledgment that Film Makers Combine, its subcommittees, and affiliates are governed by Canadian laws having jurisdiction over unresolved matters.
